We will endeavour to respond to all your enquiries in a prompt manner.  Our office hours are 9:30am to 4:30pm AEST Monday through to Thursday & 9:30am to 2:00pm on Fridays, excluding NSW public holidays.

Emails received by MovieConnect over a weekend or on an Australian public holiday will be replied to on the next working day.  We will endeavour to reply to all enquiries within 24 hours, however occasionally it may take longer. All orders placed after 11:00am will be processed the next business day.

It is important to remember to include your name and order number when contacting us regarding your order.
NOTE – If we have not responded within 1-2 working days, please take the time to email us again, as occasionally emails seem to get lost from time to time.
