MovieConnect ships orders every week Australia wide. Our objective in setting our shipping rates is solely to recover the costs imposed by the various carriers and recoup the costs of packaging required to get your order to you in one piece. From time to time these costs are varied, and our shipping charges will vary accordingly. In the majority of cases we will have your selected item in stock and it will be shipped to your nominated recipient when payment has been cleared. We ship items in good faith and rely on the honesty and integrity of our various carriers to deliver the goods to you as addressed. As a general rule, MovieConnect will not be held responsible for shipments that go missing or items that go missing from shipments. At our sole discretion, depending on the shipping destination and your history with MovieConnect, we would however hope to be able to achieve a mutually satisfactory resolution to any such situation. Note also that we reserve the right to upgrade your chosen shipping method at no extra cost to you for reasons of safety and/or practicality. MovieConnect will strive to supply you with any of our listed items that are available in Australia as quickly as possible. We endeavour to keep a wide range of our items in stock, however we are unable to keep every single item. If we do not have your selected item in stock, we will source it from our distributors, and will then despatch it to you as soon as possible.
